STEM Crew

Through our free to access education programme, STEM Crew, we bring science, sustainability, and innovation to life using the real-world context of high-performance sport. STEMCrew.org hosts 60+ free digital resources across 12 subjects, from physics and coding to climate education and design technology, housed within a central, easy-to-access online portal. These sport-inspired resources are used in over 40% of UK secondary schools, helping teachers unlock potential, build confidence, and spark ambition in STEM, green skills, and maritime careers.

These resources break stereotypes and show how exciting science can be.

Our digital education programme STEM Crew uses sport inspired learning to educate and empower young people (8-16 yrs old) through STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) and climate education. STEM Crew connects the science behind elite sport with real-world applications, making learning interactive, accessible, and fun. Designed to inspire a generation of young people to take up STEM, maritime and green skills careers.

STEM Crew
• Makes STEM learning relatable and accessible.
• Creating the next generation of innovators and problem solvers.
• Breaks down barriers to careers that rely on STEM skills – in particular careers that will create solutions to secure the future of the planet.
